What IT support services do you offer?
We offer end-to-end IT support to keep your business productive and protected. From remote troubleshooting and network management to cloud, cybersecurity and backup solutions, everything is tailored to small businesses. Best of all, we stay ahead of issues with regular updates and proactive maintenance, saving you time, stress and costly downtime.
Do you offer support for both Windows and Mac systems?
We support Windows only, as Microsoft systems are designed for it, ensuring smoother performance and faster, expert support.
What size of business do you typically work with?
We specialize in supporting small businesses, typically from 1 to 20 users.
Do you offer ad hoc support or only monthly contracts?
We focus exclusively on monthly support plans, ensuring our clients get consistent, reliable service. Ad hoc support on unfamiliar systems is often costly, time-consuming, and rarely offers real value for money. By dedicating our time to customers on monthly contracts, we provide faster responses, better solutions, and ongoing peace of mind.
What are your response times?
Our SLA guarantees an 8-hour response, but in practice we act much faster. Many issues are addressed within an hour, keeping your business moving.

Do you help protect against viruses and cyberattacks?
Yes, we offer antivirus solutions, email filtering, firewall setup, and security training to protect your business from cyber threats.
Can you help us comply with GDPR or other data protection regulations?
Absolutely. We can review your systems and practices to help ensure compliance with data protection laws like GDPR.
Do you offer backup and disaster recovery services?

Support & Communication
How do we contact you for support?
You’ll have direct access to our Helpdesk via a dedicated phone line and email address; both provided at the start of your agreement.
What are your support hours?
Our standard hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. After-hours or weekend support is available for emergencies or by prior arrangement.
Will we speak to the same technician each time?
Not necessarily, but as a small team, you’ll often deal with the same technicians. Every job is logged with detailed notes, so whoever helps you is always fully up to speed.
Cloud & Remote Work
Can you help set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Microsoft 365 is one of our core services and used by nearly all our clients; however, we don’t support Google Workspace or other Google products.
Do you support remote working setups?
Absolutely. We help with VPNs, secure access, remote desktop solutions, and cloud services to enable flexible working.
Equipment & Upgrades
Do you supply computers and other IT equipment?
Absolutely. We consult with you to recommend the right, future-proof equipment, then supply, configure, and update it, delivering systems to you that are normally ready to use as soon as they are connected to your network.
Can you help upgrade our systems to Windows 11?
Yes, we offer audits, compatibility checks, and upgrade services to transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 smoothly.
Costs & Contracts
What are your pricing options?
Our pricing is modular and tailored to your needs. Each computer is covered by a core monthly maintenance plan, with optional add-ons like Microsoft 365, Backup, or Cloud Storage, so you only ever pay for what you use.
What’s included in the price?
Everything in our core maintenance agreements is clearly listed in the pricing tables on this site, with optional add-on services charged separately.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. We’re fully transparent, every cost is agreed upfront and confirmed in writing. For extra work, we quote a fixed fee rather than charging by the hour.
Will we be tied into a long contract?
No. After an initial 3-month period, all agreements roll monthly with just 30 days’ notice, giving you flexibility without long-term lock-ins.
