Phil brings over 35 years of experience in the service industry, both in the UK and overseas, with the last two decades dedicated to IT support. Having spent time as a client before moving into the sector, he understands firsthand the frustrations businesses face when technology lets them down. This perspective shapes his empathetic approach and his commitment to delivering support that genuinely meets client needs.

Outside of work, Phil is a keen runner, cyclist, and triathlon enthusiast, regularly challenging himself in events each year. A lifelong rugby fan, he hung up his boots some time ago, despite his local club’s best efforts to tempt him back for the veterans’ team.
